By creating a FlipCheck account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use FlipCheck.

1. What FlipCheck does

FlipCheck provides automated vehicle market estimates, deal scoring, and profit projections based on listing data, model estimates, and public web research. Estimates are informational only — see the Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You need an account to run analyses. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One account per person; don't share logins or resell access.

3. Fair use

Free accounts include 25 analyses per day. Automated scraping, bulk querying, or any attempt to circumvent usage limits may result in suspension. Don't try to extract our data sources or reverse-engineer the service at scale.

4. Your content

Vehicles you analyze and deals you save (“Garage”) remain yours. You grant us a license to store and process them to operate the service.

5. Limitation of liability

FlipCheck is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions you make based on our estimates, or for any loss from buying or selling a vehicle.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
